Introducing: The Total Zero Principle

Total Zero is the new carbon neutrality commitment from parcels and express service provider DPD that will be made available to customers in its five major markets from July 2012.

Through Total Zero, DPD will ensure that every parcel sent via its network will be carbon neutral - and at no extra cost to the customer.
